About RoseAnn Hill

With more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, RoseAnn is a seasoned Broker and distinguished graduate of the REALTOR® Institute. Her career is grounded in a strong professional foundation, including prior experience in the banking industry where she served as a paralegal, giving her clients an added level of knowledge, precision, and professionalism throughout every transaction.

Deeply committed to her community, RoseAnn serves as President-Elect of the Rotary Club of Ventura beginning July 1 and is a Past President of Project Understanding. She is also actively involved with the Ventura Chamber of Commerce, reflecting her passion for supporting local businesses and strengthening the community she calls home.

When she isn’t advocating for her clients, RoseAnn enjoys volunteering alongside her husband, David, and taking full advantage of the outdoors in Oak View—whether hiking, kayaking, or bicycling. Her deep local roots, extensive experience, and genuine commitment to service make her a trusted advisor for buyers and sellers throughout Ventura County.
